Abstract

The incidence of cleft lip and palate (CLP) in Indonesia was 0.49 to 1.23 per 1000 live births. The patients underwent cleft surgery in charity or humanitarian missions at the Hospital Social Responsibility Cleft Center (HSRCC) of the Indonesian Central Army Hospital.
