Abstract
Aluminium which is known to be the lightest and durable material is preparedto use it in
number of applications due to its immense availability and reliability. The aluminium metal matrix
compositeaims, in increasing its physical and chemical properties are discussed in huge area of
research. In this research,Chicken Bone Ash (CBA) with Alumina acts as the matrix members to
improve the property of compounds. When the weight percentage of Reinforced materials increased
its Mechanical propertiesalso increases. The change in the physical properties of the metal matrix
composite is ensured by the improvement in hardness and tensile qualities. The resulting
composites mechanical characteristics are evaluated in accordance with ASTM standards, and
microstructural analysis is utilised to describe the distribution of reinforcements. As a result, the goal
of this research is to significantly increase the strength of the aluminium metal matrix by the use of
natural materials like chicken bone ash. This study has demonstrated that it is possible to use natural
waste Chicken Bone Ash to enhance the characteristics of Al6063 alloy.
