Abstract
he electric spark cutting process is one of the most important cutting processes in the world of industry because it allows for the cutting of metals with high hardness and the formation of complex shapes.White layers in the machined surface are a common occurrence in metal cutting and refer to extreme grain refinements that appear white in etched micrographs
