Effect of Aquatic Therapy on Functional Mobility and Balance in Chronic Stroke.

Abstract
stroke is one of the most common emergencies leading to long term disability and impairments. Physiotherapy has established evidences for overcoming the functional limitations. Chronic stroke presents with established symptoms which are very difficult to reverse. Functional mobility and balance are commonly impaired even after 6 months of stroke. Aquatic therapy has shown its advantages in certain health conditions. Objectives: The main objective was to see the additional effect of aquatic therapy on chronic stroke survivors. Material and methods: An experimental study was carried out with two groups.
