Abstract

Back ground: High fat diet is one of the causing and leading factors for high cholesterol levels due to food habits of the everyday life and changes in the life style and work places and also for the taste of fast foods like pizzas, burgers, cheese products. Hyperlipidemia plays a major role in the development of atherosclerosis and oxidative stress
