Abstract
Citrus aurantifolia rootstock seedlings were treated with seaweed extract and copper sulfate, where seaweed extract was added as a feed (ground feeding) during the growing season at four levels (0,10,20,30 ml. 0 ml. L-1) separately or in combination with the control (watering with water only) during the growing seasons 2020-2021. The results showed that the treatment of lemongrass seedlings grafted on aurantifolia rootstock with seaweed extract and spraying with copper sulfate affected (the content of leaves from The total phenols (mg.kg-1), the leaves content of total flavonoids (mg.kg-1), the leaves content of ascorbic acid (mg.100gm-1), the percentage of volatile oil in the leaves (mg.kg-1)) as well. The results showed that the addition of seaweed extract at a concentration of 30 mL interfering with spraying with copper sulfate at a concentration of 15 mL.L-1 is recommended to improve the vegetative growth of Citrus aurantium seedlings grafted on aurantifolia rootstock and its content of secondary active compounds
