Effect of heat treatments on the structural and magnetic properties of nickel ferrite nanopowders prepared using the sol-gel autocombustion technique
Sabah M. Ali Ridha and Aveen Areef Ali
Abstract
Nickel ferrite nanopowders were prepared by using the sol-gel auto combustion technique and then followed by an annealing process at 400, 600, 800, and 1000 °C. XRD study revealed the formation of a single-phase cubic spinel structure of NiFe2O4 nanopowders and confirmed by a high intense peak at a 2θ value of 35.26°
