Abstract
Background: Influence of effective communication tool in improving quality nurse–patient relation in the health industry needs improved nursing practice, good nursing judgement, and satisfaction of the clients which exponentially influences overall patient care. Objective: To assess the mean pairwise relationship between of participatory soft skills training and clinical communication skills among nurses working in tertiary care hospitals
