Employee Job Mapping: Road to Better Efficiency

Abstract
The study aspires to establish Job mapping as a technique to identify errors and a means to provide correct job roles for an employee. The study aims to analyze primary data collected via Google form. A hypothesis is being carried out which aims to showcase whether efficiency is independent of incorrect Job Mapping.
