Abstract
The KRPL program is a government policy effort to achieve national food security through empowering people's yards. After
ten years of running, it is necessary to evaluate this program, especially looking at the even distribution of the program.
Alignment in public policy can be said to have the same meaning as justice given and obtained by public policy targets. This
study uses a qualitative approach with a research focus on indicators of household-based food diversification policy
alignment in Gowa Regency. The research design used is a case study. The results of this study found that not all communities
participated in the implementation of this program. Although this program has not been able to improve the welfare of the
community, technically this program has been able to help the community, especially the women farmer groups who are
active in reducing daily basic needs. The distribution of aid funds for women farmer groups in Gowa Regency has been
carried out in accordance with program regulations. Rules that are not well socialized are one of the reasons people are no
longer interested in continuing to be active in this activity. Finally, this program is increasingly unable to run according to
the original purpose of the program.
