Abstract
Background: Peripheral nerve block is an analgesic modality in children which reduces surgical stress response, decreases parenteral opioids requirements, and improves the quality of postoperative pain control. In this study the perioperative analgesic efficacy of erector spinae plane block (ESPB) was compared to that of fascia iliaca compartment block (FICB) in unilateral hip surgeries in children
