A hypothesis that explains the action principle of consciousness on the base of extremely simple mathematical model of a plane wave is suggested. The doctrine of reincarnation of consciousness in the physical world is indicated as a consequence of the mathematical property of the cyclicity of a complex number. Based on the consideration of the notion of a Vibration the zonal structure of the world nearest to human perception is shown. An interpretation of the attraction and repulsion forces origin, effects of dark matter, dark energy, levitation, teleportation, the law of karma, as well as Heisenberg uncertainty principle in terms of interacting vibrations are given.
