Abstract
Detection of ANA's is vital in the classification of CTD's, and prognosis. So, it is mandatory for an early diagnosis of CTD's. Therefore, in current time there is a requirement of an effective and authentic screening test which is also economical. In this study we evaluated the usefulness and diagnostic performance of IIFA in screening. The result of this study may use as reference database in future studies.
