Evaluation of Intracameral Moxifloxacin in Trabeculectomy Surgery on Corneal Endothelial Cells

Abstract
Objective: The purpose of the current study is to assess the safety of intracameral (IC) injection of
moxifloxacin 500 μg/0.1 ml on corneal endothelial function after trabeculectomy. Subjects and methods: The
participants in this interventional cross-sectional trial were those who had been recommended for
trabeculectomy surgery from the Outpatient Ophthalmology Clinics at Research Institute of Ophthalmology and
Al-Zahraa University Hospital Cairo, Egypt.
