Examine the impact of Trust in the Intention to Use Mobile Banking for conducting their Financial Transactions

Abstract
Despite the alleged advantages of mobile banking, the sector has not taken off as anticipated. Customers' early lack of trust in the numerous services offered is perhaps one contributing factor. This study's objective is to determine how trust affects consumers' propensity to use mobile banking in India, particularly among those who live in Delhi NCR. As a result, we created and tested a model that shows a relationship between trust and the willingness to use mobile banking as well as trust's precursors, including familiarity, usability, perceived value, safety, privacy, and innovativeness. Researcher has selected a sample of 576respondents who are regularly conducting their financial transactions through mobile applications and used a method known as structural equation modelling to evaluate the assumptions
