Abstract

The residential building sector has been the main focus of investments in Egypt in recent years. Such interest in constructing new residential buildings tremendously increased residential sector energy consumption. This created an imbalance with generated power growth. Such increases require interference to reduce energy consumption. This paper is focused on applying existing building energy retrofitting to decrease energy consumption
