Abstract
In order to assess the impact of the production process on the physical characteristics and drug release profile of microspheres, the current study discusses the creation of microspheres using solvent evaporation followed by in vitro evaluation. Distinct, spherical microspheres with freeflowing characteristics were discovered. Researchers studied the morphology (Scanning Electron Microscopy), particle - size, and the entrapment effectiveness. In the event of solvent evaporation, the yield was the highest. Using the solvent evaporation approach, the microspheres were determined to be in the range of 250 to 50 nm in diameter. The Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy analysis of the microspheres formulation made by solvent evaporation technique was used to evaluate the drug carrier interactions in the solid state. It was revealed that A microspheres in drug release rate lasted for 12 hours. Since the solvent evaporation approach can administer pantoprazole in a regulated way and on a regular basis over an extended length of time, it may be inferred that the formulation created by this method has the potential to provide pantoprazole in an oral dosage form that is medically beneficial.
