Factors Related to The Return to Work of Industrial Factory Employees in Chaiyaphum Province

Abstract
This descriptive research aimed to study factors related to the return to work of industrial factory workers in
Chaiyaphum Province, data collected by a Cross-Sectional Study.The sample group was employees who worked in
industrial factories in Chaiyaphum Province. obtained from random sampling from the population by the Sample
Random Sampling method of 124people.The research instrument was a researcher-generated questionnaire
containing content of personal factors, motivation, organizational support, and a confidence-checked return to work
history, The confidence values for the motivation and support factors of the organization were 0.68 and 0.62,
respectively. Data were collected online and analyzed with descriptive statistics such as frequency distribution,
percentage, mean, standard deviation, minimum, and maximum. The inferential statistic is the Chi-square test to
analyze the relationship between personal factors, motivation, and organizational support and the return to work of
industrial workers. The research period is from 4August 2020to 14August 2020. The study found that the
motivation of industrial factory workers had an overall average of the motivation factors at a high level with an
average of 1.61. For the support factor of industrial factory workers, the overall average is at a high level, with an
average of 1.97, and the organizational support of employees is at a high level, with an average of 1.86. The
relationship between employee motivation and organizational support was statistically significantly related to
return to work.Personal factors were not related to the return to work of the employees
