Abstract
Cancer is one of the most common disorders which has widespread in the world. Cancer is defined as the uncontrolled proliferation of cells in various human organs as a result of cellular damage caused by genetic mutation or environmental causes. Scientists are in rigorous progress to finding an efficient way to treat cancer. Currently, evolving CAR-T, CAR-M, CAR-NK therapy against cancer has an efficient anti-cancerous activity but they are highly specific and costly. Comparatively chemical compounds are easy to synthesize. In this study, the main focus is on the Geranial and Neral which are aromatic volatile compounds of a plant, which were used to identify the derivatives based on a similarity drug moiety search, and they were predicted against different cancer cell lines. These studies were based on the QSAR properties of the chemical compounds procured.
