Frequency of sub-clinical hypothyroidism in females presenting with bad obstetrical history

Abstract
Abstract Objective: To determine the frequency of sub-clinical hypothyroidism in women with bad obstetrical history. Methods: Descriptive cross sectional study was performed in Obstetrics & Gynecology Department of Sharif Medical & Dental College / Sharif Medical City Hospital, Lahore over period of six months. Total 122 patients fulfilling the inclusion criteria included in study. Blood Sampling done to check serum TSH and free T4 using radioimmunoassay technique. Normal free T4 level along with deranged TSH labelled as subclinical hypothyroidism
