Abstract
The adoption of Green human resource management(HRM) practices proved to be a great step toward the welfare of society. Globalization has placed organisations with their unique identity which proves to be a means of success in companies. Technological upgradations, workforce diversity, and several changes in the companies. They face a lot of hurdles that needs to be managed or resolved at every level.
