HEVC Intra Prediction through CNN Ensemble Learning

Abstract

Conventional heuristic-based HEVC intra prediction techniques depend on the relationship between intermediate features. To build the prediction of CU parts, prediction calculations were presented, which accelerated the intra coding. For CU parts, in prediction calculations,an early determination methodology was utilized to choose the CTU partitions, which worked productively to compute pixel-wise textures.
