Abstract
In this study, writers attempted to the study Purchase decision making of process of goods and services as well as influence of environmental elements on consumer behavior while making purchase decision. The goal of this research was to delve into the evaluations of various literatures on the impact of environmental elements on consumer behavior and the choice mechanism for goods and services. This research has revealed that Customers find it difficult to find information, make a purchasing decision, or simply rate the service experience due to the intangibility of services. This is owing to the fact that services have greater experience and credibility than search qualities. Furthermore, the customer's decision-making process is influenced by external elements such as his family, society, subculture, reference groups, and socioeconomic class.
