INVESTIGATING THE FACTORS INFLUENCING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE WITH EMPLOYEE EFFECTIVENESS OF WORKING WOMEN IN SELECTED IT COMPANIES
Z. Sayeedha firdouse, Dr. V. Jayanthi
Abstract
In addition to the five senses, which detect external stimuli, human bodies also react inside by taking in information via emotions and sentiments. The second major objective of any firm is to maximise production, and one of the most crucial factors in achieving this goal is having an effective, competent, and skilled workforce. Exploratory research was used in the study's initial stage to gather background data on the research topic and to develop a research question and hypothesis for more examination. Based on the subjective component, a panel of respondents has been selected. 275 questionnaires were returned out of 300 employees, making up the sample size
