Abstract
Assessing gender-related changes is crucial to figuring out the abnormalities occurring to the soft tissues and incisor displays during speech. Only then will we be able to treat the abnormal changes and return the speech related issues and incisor displays to their normal state. 90 subjects were chosen for the study sample from the population of Uttar Pradesh (including 45 males and 45 females). Important orthodontic diagnostic factors include lip position, gingival display, and the number of teeth visible when speaking. The study concluded that the maxillary central incisor show at speech and grin, was more pronounced in men than in their female counterparts. The difference in the exhibition of central incisor was more significant in men displaying a notable decline in speech.
