Investigation of The Parasite Taxoplasma Gondii In Different Types of Soils In Al-Diwaniyah City

Abstract

For many microorganisms to survive, soil serves as a mother. All around the world, both humans and animals are susceptible to Taxoplasma gondii infections. There is currently insufficient knowledge about the incidence of T. gondii oocysts in the environment, particularly in soil. The aim of this study to recognize that present in the soil of AL-Diwaniyah city in three sites ( north city ,center city and south city from public gardens. Home gardens and plant nursery . Oocysts were detect using the sedimentation method .
