Isolation and diagnosis of the pathological cause of dieback disease in orange Citrus sinensis tree In Baghdad

Abstract
The study was conducted in the college of Agricultural Engineering sciences / Baghdad University for the season 2021-2022. The study aimed to isolate and molecular diagnosis the pathogenic fungi causing dieback disease in orange trees in Baghdad Governorate (Al-Jadiriyah and Al-Dora orchards) Iraq. The
isolation results on the Potato dextrose agar (PDA) media and the phenotype characterization show the presence of two Didymella species,
