Abstract

Organizations in the modern day face numerous obstacles as a result of the changing nature of the surroundings. One of the many problems for a company is to keep up with the ever-changing and evolving environment in order to achieve success and remain competitive and to keep its staff happy.Providing decent working conditions is essential to increasing productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and job dedication among workers.
