Kidney Fibrosis in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure Evaluation of Change

Abstract
Accession of chronic kidney disease in patients with chronic heart failure worsens the course and prognosis of the disease. And the main reason for the loss of kidney function is the changes in the proximal tubules and the associated tubulointerstitial fibrosis, which requires early diagnosis and adequate therapy
