Abstract
Thin films of a mixture of germanium oxide (GeO2) with tin oxide (SnO2) by 50% weight were fabricated on silicon (Si) (111) substrate by pulsed laser deposition technique with different number of pulses,(300,500,700) pulses as a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) sensor achieved in this paper.
