Legitimate and legal rooting of the reality of digital currencies

Abstract
Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of the Messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions. but after: I have studied the legal and legal rooting of the reality of digital currencies and explained in this research the legal and legal concept of it by explaining its definition and origin. Digital currencies are language, reform and legal, and I concluded that the definitions differed in clarifying the digital currency in the wording and wording, but they are close in meaning. In it is the classification of digital currencies and their characteristics, and it has been divided into two demands. The first requirement was the classification of digital currencies and showed the most traded and least traded currencies. As for the second requirement, it showed the characteristics of digital currencies and concluded that they have multiple characteristics and are in a state of continuous development and increase in their characteristics, then the conclusion and sources.
