Long-Term Study on The Regression of Optic Disc Cupping in Children with Congenital Glaucoma, and Factors Affecting It

Abstract
Purpose: To evaluate the incidence of optic disc cupping and factors influencing its reversibility in cases of congenital glaucoma (CG). Methods: A retrospective case series; records of optic disc cupping (CDR) in children with CG operated by a modified trabeculotomy were retrieved. Preoperative CDR records as well those at postoperative years 3, 5 and 10 were retrieved. Factors which influenced the reversal of cupping were studied.
