The following article seeks to analyze the loss of money resulting from the processes of disabilities in the Bogotá section of an oil company, all this through the analysis of databases that show the number of times that the company's employees were incapacitated, and with it they seek to provide a solution to the loss of economic resources. The method used was action research that allowed to have a mixed research approach, with this it was intended to establish an analysis of the control of the loss of resources in business processes, this leads to develop a methodology that gives to understand the business landscape in relation to a progress and characterization of the processes, based on the results of the analysis, strategies and controls will be developed in an integral way to generate a continuous improvement in the human talent process taking as a focus the process of disabilities
