Abstract
The concept of awareness was inspired by Vipassana, a Buddhist meditation technique. The goal of this study is to examine the physiological indicators of attention and autonomic modulation in experienced Vipassana meditators to determine whether mindfulness is true. It is an excellent therapeutic tool due to its effect on increasing present awareness. Emotional self-control and experience are required. Employees in today's highly competitive market are stressed from a variety of sources, including meeting targets, fear of losing their jobs, long working hours, competing with rapidly changing technology, and increased customer demands, to name a few. Excessive stress can result in excessive smoking, drug use, and domestic violence, strained relationships with peers, juniors or seniors, or even clients, all of which can result in indirect loss for a company. Vipassana Meditation is a technique for reducing work-related stress as well as family and other social issues. It is a completely secular and scientific technique that restores tranquillity to the human psyche and society. All natural laws are clarified through Vipassana meditation.are newer trends in the field of cryptography but, in our opinion, have enormous potential
