MINDSET DETECTION OF HUMAN USING MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHMS

Abstract
The concept of awareness was inspired by Vipassana, a Buddhist meditation technique. The goal of
this study is to examine the physiological indicators of attention and autonomic modulation in
experienced Vipassana meditators to determine whether mindfulness is true. It is an excellent
therapeutic tool due to its effect on increasing present awareness. Emotional self-control and
experience are required. Employees in today's highly competitive market are stressed from a variety
of sources, including meeting targets, fear of losing their jobs, long working hours, competing with
rapidly changing technology, and increased customer demands, to name a few. Excessive stress can
result in excessive smoking, drug use, and domestic violence, strained relationships with peers,
juniors or seniors, or even clients, all of which can result in indirect loss for a company. Vipassana
Meditation is a technique for reducing work-related stress as well as family and other social issues. It
is a completely secular and scientific technique that restores tranquillity to the human psyche and
society. All natural laws are clarified through Vipassana meditation.are newer trends in the field of
cryptography but, in our opinion, have enormous potential
