Abstract

In today’s world, diseases of any type are very common and with the advancement in technology, humans have found out effective ways to treat them via surgeries, etc. Well with allthis the maintenance of all the data of the patientis really important for both the doctors as well as the patients, It is really important for the doctor to know the type of treatment done with the patients to make it even better, But a lot of the people don’t have the actual record of the things, or have them on a paper. This develops a risk of loss of the data so here comes the need of an application which would help the doctors and the patients to keep all the record at one place.
