Abstract
Microbes such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protists can be involved in practically every stage of cancer formation and progression, as well as diagnosis, therapy, prognosis,immune function, as well as drug response.The number of microbiome-related studies has notably increased the availability of data on human microbiome composition and function.
