Multi-tier framework Implementation to ensure security and privacy in healthcare application using Blockchain and Local IPFS

Abstract
The growth of information technology and the requirements in healthcare are requiring a variety of solutions to diverse difficulties. Better utilization of cloud computing, sensor networks, distributed processing, and distributed storage, security, and privacy in healthcare applications would allow for real-time monitoring of patients' vital signs, storage of healthcare data, and safe and continuous access to health information. This study built a multi-tier framework that includes the greatest characteristics such as blockchain-based health record security, JPPF-based parallel computing, and IPFS-based decentralized storage. Furthermore, this system allows for remote patient monitoring.
