NEW CONJUGACY PARAMETER FOR CG ITERATIVE DESCENT METHOD

Abstract
To improve the existing Conjugate Gradient (CG) algorithms, we suggest finding a better weighing parameter named Conjugacy Parameter is the rate of Actual decrease (reduction) of the objective function and expected decrease (reduction). Theoretically, the global convergence and descent property is well proved.
Practically, the strategy has been demonstrated to be effective in the cute library test functions of non-linear functions with large dimensions by numerical experiments conducted in Fortran and comparisons to results obtained using MATLAB and conventional methods
