Abstract
This article discusses the need for the legal system to adjust its theories and laws based on scientific
research and results. It highlights the importance of incorporating neuroscientific principles and findings
into the legal system to ensure that decisions are based on scientific evidence. The article focuses on the
need for neurolaw in criminal justice, civil procedure, family law, and legal education to ensure justice
and accuracy in the legal system. It also discusses the challenges and implications of introducing a
neurolaw framework into the legal system
