New SIR Model and Vaccine rate with application

Abstract
This search will show new SIR model and vaccine rate for dynamic system this study offer the stability, which way given by this study has proposed to all equilibrium points of this model. We depended on Routh Hurwitz criteria and lyapunov function methods in our study New SIR model and vaccine are come from actual analysis of susceptible, infection and recovery data within corona virus (covid-19) in Iraq during 3 months (1 January to 31 March), The proposed model has formed substantially by estimating last square root curve fit of Runge kutta (Rk4) parameters.
