Abstract

This study wants to look at the transparency aspect in the process of preparing the 2019-2024 Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) in Luwu Regency. In terms of transparency, this research will attempt to explain access to information, accountability, legitimacy and public trust in the government in all stages of the preparation of the Luwu District RPJMD
