Open and Closed innovation strategy with leadership principles : Case of Coca-Cola Company

Abstract
Strategic management along with leadership principles are the core areas of any organization and it helps
the leaders to take the company to a place at which it can have competitive edge over the others. To
perform this analysis, Coca-Cola is selected because it is an old, successful American multinational. The
organization’s success and growth is always dependent on the senior management or CEO of the company
as they are ones responsible for devising strategies while keeping in mind the goals and social
responsibility of the company
