Outcome of Conservative Treatment for Massive Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Background: There is ongoing discussion over the ideal surgical procedures for big, extruded discs. A substantial sequestrated disc has historically been considered a relative indication for surgery. Number of studies have shown that these discs have the highest propensity to get smaller in response to conservative therapy
