He cited educational technology as "the theory and practice of designing, developing, using, managing and evaluating processes and resources for learning." Thus, educational technology belongs to all real and reliable applied educational disciplines, for example, equipment, as well as processes and procedures obtained as a result of scientific research, which in a certain context can refer to theoretical, algorithmic or heuristic processes: necessarily referring to physical technology.
