Abstract

In the manuscript, the modified pulse shaping methodology is evaluated for the interference mitigation in presence of Third Generation (3G) Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) mobile radio communication. The pulse shaping methodology is a proven solution for the interference mitigation of co-existing transmission. The manuscript also presents an acute analysis of the maximum allowable emission levels and a comparison of UWB transmission for an eco-friendly environment.
