PHYSICAL AGILITY OF KHO-KHO AND KABADDI PLAYERS: A COMPARISON STUDY

Abstract
The primary goal of the current study is to compare the psychomotor skills of players of kabaddi and kho-kho. Twenty players from Kho-kho and twenty players from Kabaddi were chosen on purpose for this study's sample size of forty players. Approximately 15 to 20 years old. The data was calculated using the T-test. The findings of this study confirmed the obvious differences between kabaddi and kho-kho players. differences between the two groups. In terms of kho-kho, the mean and standard deviation of agility were 9.705.0.481; in terms of kabaddi, they were 10.270.0.578; and the "t" ratio was 5.07*, which was greater than the expected value of 2.00. A 0.05 level of confidence finding was shown to be significant in terms of agility.The 0.05 level of significance was found for the following variables. The following conclusions have been reached based on the findings and within the limitations of the current study. Agility The study's findings indicate that kho-kho and kabaddi players differed significantly in terms of agility.
