Abstract

Introduction India has emerged as a hub for software companies around the world. In the last decade.It employs 4.5 million people and contributes eight percent towards GDP. At the same time, the attrition rate is also high. The present study focuses on the two important aspects related to the factors causing stress among the professionals working in Information Technology and its behavioral and psychological consequences
