Perioperative problems in Pediatric Midgut Volvulus: A Rare Case and Literature review

Abstract
ntroduction: Volvulus is a bowel twisted in its pivot and causes obstruction and decreasing blood flow in the intestine mesenteric. The chronic midgut volvulus may result in malnutrition and disruption of nutrition absorption.We report a case of marasmus caused by midgut volvulus
