Abstract

Stress disorder is a common concern in young people due to changing lifestyles, cultures, and competition. According to Medical Science ,Stress is one of the type of mental illness which may have different level of adverse effect on our physical and mental health. The number of people suffering from this condition is growing by the day, in which counts of teenagers are exploding. Teenagers encounter numerous obstacles as they transition from adolescence to adulthood, many of which are compounded by their exposure to social media gadgets
