Preservation of Shared Health Care Data Privacy in Cloud Using A Novel SCD-PMM Framework

Abstract
Cloud Computing (CC) technology is a practical approach for performing complicated and large-scale
computations at a low cost. The primary application of cloud storage is Data Sharing (DS), which
gained popularity primarily due to its accessibility and economic benefits.In healthcare, Privacy and
security are the key concerns of users and data in the CC environment. Though the ‘state-of-theart’are available to provide data security in the cloud’s DS process, the performance of those
methods had been degraded in some circumstances while providing Data Security and Privacy (DSP)
in patient data. To resolve it, a novel Secure Cloud Data-Privacy Mitigation Mechanism (SCD-PMM)
framework was proposed. The proposed framework consists of two phases in which, initially, an
Unbreakable Secure System-Double Encryption Standard (USS-DOES) algorithm is applied so thatDSP
preserve its confidentiality and integrity in the patient data. Subsequently, an Auto Storage
Allocation (ASA) algorithm is used to allocate and retrieve patient data resources automatically. The
investigational outcome exhibits better data computation on DSP in healthcare, andconfidentiality
for data related to reports, results and patient DS in the CCenvironment is related to the state-ofthe-art mechanisms. The results show that the proposedframeworkis more efficient than all other
methods and has less computation cost for different set data users.
